My guest on the podcast this week is Sarah Kalmeta.Sarah is a Coach, a Consultant and a Facilitator. Sarah offers 1-2-1 coaching and workshops focusing on high performance and wellbeing. After 15 years in the corporate world Sarah is now an entrepreneur and the founder of Pivot Point.

Focusing on clients going through transition, Sarah has an integrated approach to address the triangle of “Mind, Body and Spirit” working with executives, young professionals and those starting out in their career.

Sarah is a strong believer in developing micro-habits, small actions we can commit to. We discuss Sarah’s curiosity and its ability to shift many things and the importance of friendships.
